Round 5 This round was announced in January 2002 with the closing date for proposals to be submitted 8 March 2002. Round 4: The call for proposals was advertised in the Mail and Guardian and Sunday Times during the last week of October and November 2000. The closing date for the submission of proposals was 17 January 2001.
